Jacob Haning is a subject matter expert in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) with over 10 years of hands-on experience developing and implementing software solutions in data science. Prior to his current role leading the Data consulting business for Impower.ai he spent seven years establishing the machine learning practice at a fortune top 20 healthcare company. This included managing re-skill programs to embed data science capabilities within business product teams. He also spearheaded the effort to design and deliver the enterprise, cloud data science platform. A published author and nationally recognized speaker, Jacob continues to be a thought leader and practitioner in the space.
Andy Warns is a subject matter expert in all things technology who has spent his first decade in his career architecting complex automation solutions in both Test and Process automation. He is passionate about delivering cloud native, event driven architectures while staying on the edge of modern technical patterns and strategies. Andy graduated from Ohio University in 2011 with a degree in Management Information Systems and is self-taught in most technologies he works with today. He is passionate about optimizing and modernizing organizations, working closely with employees to eliminate unnecessary tasks and reimagine what their job should look like in the future. When he is not learning about innovative technologies, Andy enjoys cooking, sipping scotch and spending time with his wife and 2-year-old son.
