Nicole Derr is an agile coach turned community changemaker. She partners with leaders to build resilient, long-lasting organizations that contribute positively to their communities. Together they grow companies through innovative products and scalable, cooperative, people-first business practices. Improved business outcomes are the natural result. Nicole has extensive experience with organizations of all sizes, from 1 to 20,000 employees, and in a broad range of industries, from tech, manufacturing, and finance, to non-profit, public service, and academia. She has worked throughout the midwest, the United States and beyond, but her favorite engagements are with small organizations making an impact in their local community. While Nicole’s focus is executives and leaders, she has worked with team members at all levels and across the entire organization.

An interactive workshop let by a veteran tech industry employee and certified career coach.
In this session, we'll:
- Identify your strongest tech skills and how they are transferable to other industries and roles
- Identify what you hope to get out of your relationship with your work
- Identify your target industries and roles and how you might capture them
Attendees will leave with a plan for what to do now, next and later as they embark on a journey toward their personal "Career Nirvana"
This workshop can be run in either 1 hour or 2 hours, the 2 hour version is more in depth and hands-on.
